  • Parks Pond Stream. This is one of my favorite wilderness spots. The bolders are huge, the green moss and cool fast flowing stream...just a great place to relax and watch the wildlife. Notice the tree roots as they run over the top of the rock. The topography here is so unique along with the dense pine canopy which creates an oasis during the sunny hot days of summer.
